I originally wrote this game when I was around 12 years old. I received a request to create an iPhone version of this game, so here it is.
Balls bounce around in the middle of the screen. Press any of the four sides to shoot a bullet from that side toward the center of the screen. If the bullet collides with a ball, the ball splits into two smaller and faster balls. When a bullet misses, it collides with the opposite edge, taking one of your lives. After three lives, the game is over. Each successive round gets faster. How high a score can you get?
